Shipping

 

Our shipping, handled by Canada Post, is expedited for your convenience. You can expect your package to arrive within 1-8 business days in Canada and 4-7 days for the US. Please be aware that any delays beyond these timeframes are beyond our control. All items ship for free in Canada. For the US, the costs are $20 for packages under 1 kg, and $30 for those over 1 kg.

 

 

Taxes

 

In Canada, sales taxes are applied to buyers at the provincial rate. Currently, buyers from the US are exempt from paying these taxes

 

 

Customs

 

We are not liable for any customs or border fees that may apply to your order. Please keep this in mind when placing an order..

 

 

Warranty Info

 

All retro consoles and handheld devices come with a 30-day warranty. If there is a defect or if the retro consoles are not functioning as they should, we will either repair it or issue a refund at our discretion. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless we decide otherwise.

 

 

Returns

 

We only accept returns if the retro consoles have undisclosed issues or are defective. Each return will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and repairs may be offered instead of a refund.

Legal 

 

If you buy any modifications that allow you to play games without using the original disc or cartridge, please ensure that you only rip or dump game files from games you own. I will never provide games or ROMs with any of my consoles unless they are original discs or cartridges.
